Coach Orloff's MISSION STATEMENT

The focus for the Trabuco Hills High School football program will be driven by the head coach. I believe that the THHS football program must have a guiding vision that begins with a first year plan.

The driving force behind this vision integrates a commitment from every student athlete to excel in the classroom and community as well as on the football field. My coaching staff will model and promote such expectations on and off the field therein inspiring student athletes’ successes.

Additionally, the program will integrate a proactive booster club to not only generate critical funds for our program, but also to function as a liaison for total community involvement. The Trabuco Hills High School Football program will serve as a center piece for family and community activities.

Moreover, it is vital to integrate the entire school-site staff as stakeholders who take pride in the accomplishments, on and off the field, of the program. As head coach, I will work closely with staff members to ensure our student athletes are role-models in the classroom and contributing members to a positive spirit that makes the high school experience meaningful for every person on campus.

Lastly, it is essential that the community recognizes and applauds the efforts of our student athletes ensuring everyone is honored to be part of the Trabuco Hills High School football program. As head coach, I will be committed to celebrating the accomplishments of every player on the team.
